This company is the definition of rip off..  they entice you to go to a free preview event just to have a guy tell you how your life has been a complete failure and pumps you up so that you can purchase a 3 day workshop for $1500. (another waste of time and money)... you will only get a little information about real estate because now they want to sell you a bus tour package costing over $24,000 to start.. packages go as far up as $48K. 

Now, here is the big rip off.. it's the same waste of time as the 3 day workshop except ARmando is doing it now..  it's really just an excuse for him to get your money and party in California where all the bus tours are at... he will fill up 8 buses with people which is so sad cause he takes advantage of all of these and some of them are elderly and didn't know any better.. but he doesn't care cause it's all about his money and fame.  I've lived in California my whole life and can easily say that this was the worst investment I have ever made.

Now, it get's worse.. they promise you all this support after the sale and you get nothing.. the company in San Antonio is filled with people who don't know what they are doing and obviously a big lack of communication within the company...  I've heard reports that he has laid off over 60 people now in just the last year alone because he is not making the money he was making before and is laying people off...

people are starting to catch on to his game and this scam and his numbers are not the same... his time on A&E has helped him but it's websites like these that help folks who he easily takes advantage off realize how much money they can lose in these so called seminars.. plus it will also help many people who are looking to work with the company to pass the word about the lose of so many employees and rated one top 5 worst companies in San Antonio to work for.

If this report helps just one person not lose money or one person maintain a happy household by not taking a job there...  Then it has succeeded...
