I attended the first and only free part of the Armando Seminar 2010 in Kansas City, MO. I was enticed to invest further into the program and gain more knowledge from his professional staff. I was charged $1497.00 to attend a 3 day Armando event where I would learn more about buying real estate and $797.00 to learn about Tax Deeds. I attended the 3-day event and was very disappointed to find out that Armando was not even planning to be attending. I was convinced the staff at the event that if I came out to California to the Armando Bus Tour I would have all the knowledge to flip homes in any market. I was charged $29,990.00 to attend the California event.

I did get to see Armando at that event and developed a belief in him to my own detriment. During the event, I was approached by members of his staff and told, Armando has been watching you and he wants us to tell you that he sees something special in you. He wants you to become part of his Master Mentor group. After the event was over a member of his staff sat me down to help me to explain the Master Mentor program. They guaranteed that I would make a profit of $40,000.00 on my properties they would help me buy. I explained to them that I just did not have the money to do the program. I had already maxed out my credit cards and depleted all of my savings. During this conversation they told me they would find a way to help me I had told them that the only thing I even owned outright was my truck and car. They showed me how to take out a loan on my vehicles to pay for this program. They explained how Armando would be right there to help me with any problems. To become part of the group cost me an additional $25,000.00. It was after meeting I realized that the paper he was writing all of the promises on was not in the paperwork that he had sent us away with.

I have made every possible attempt to make his program work and I have financially lost everything. My loyalty and belief in Armando has destroyed my life and the best that my family can hope for is to not have our vehicles repossessed.

The total that I have given the Armando Montelongo Seminars Company is $57,284.00. This does not include all of the extra money that was required to attend. My nearest estimate that it has cost me since I have had the misfortune of this meeting is $65,000.00. I do believe that the most honest thing that Armando said during his seminar holds true. I have more money and better attorneys than any of you, so dont think you will ever get anything back from me.
