Armando Montelongo from A&E's flip this house had a masters course he was putting out that i wanted to purchase. I originally purchased the e-book he had for $97 which was basically useless well known knowledge I know because i am a real estate appraiser. In the meantime, i had gotten on a six month plan where he offered the course for $495 as an introductory price because he was new on the internet.

I clicked on a link and he took out the monthly payment from my account but they just take the money out and you receive an email and in my case they took out 3 payments at once. You never get any confirmation or even know you purchased the item til you look in your email and see the receipt. I emailed them because there is no other way to get in touch with them to ask for 2 of the payments to be returned. They returned the payments and again a month later they took out 3 more payments and again returned 2 of them after my complaining. I started asking them when they would send the course and they would repeatedly tell me that there must have been a mix up in shipping and they were sending it right away but, it would never show up. I then went to my bank and had to cancel my card because there was unauthorized trasactions in my account. Since i had a new card they could not take anymore money from my account (I have all the documentation and emails) but they still had 3 monthly payments of mine ($250) that i wanted returned because i began to think it was a scam and it seems i was right.

I have tried numerous times to get my money back and they did have someone from their office email saying he would take care of it but after that any email i have sent goes unanswered. I still receive offer emails from his company so they have my email but they still have my $250 bucks.
Armando Montelongo and his wife, Victoria are scum you would think with their reputation from TV he would be straight up with people because he claims he is looking out for the little guy its all B.S.

I cant wait til he does a seminar on the east coast i will be there and make a seen and tell everyone there he is a scam and get my $ back.
