Armani Exchange online charged me for an order that they did not send, and worse of all refused to return my money. Basically; they stole $300 + from my account. I was forced to file a police report, a credit card claim and take civil action to have this matter resolved. AX Customer service handled my calls with disdain and incompetence. I have never seen a company treat it's own customers in such a unprofessional manner. Given the variety of clothing stores available online any product offered by AX can be found elsewhere without the potential nightmare. Armani Exchange lost a future customer but they made an enemy for life. I am more than happy to assist in any investigation against Armani Exchange. Please contact me anytime.
