I placed an order on December 19, 2007. I received an email confirmation and waited and waited. I never received the item nor email correspondence. I finally called customer service on December 28, 2007 and they said they will send an email to corporate to escalate the issue and told me that I will receive an email with an update. They also said to call back after January 3, 2008 for an update if I do not hear from them.

Today, January 4, 2008, I call customer service for an update. They tell me the same thing again that they will email corporate and escalate the issue! Hello!!! Did you not already do that?? Well, I was on the phone for an hour, on hold on and off, the CSR kept telling me that she can not reach corporate (no answer) and she will send an email to them and for me to call back on monday. Well I found the corporate office number online and called, explained the issue and was transfered to "someone that can help me". I got a voicemail, so I left a message and called back reception to ask when the person will be in and when I can expect a call back, she said she doesnt know anything and that leaving a voicemail is all that can be done. I proceeded to ask if there was anyone else that can help me resolve the issue and she kept saying she can only connect me with customer service and then she just hung up on me. I can't believe that such an established company can have such ridiculously horrible customer service. I am very disappointed because I actually liked to shop there.

Well that was it, I am never shopping there again and will be spreading the word as well. I dont know if I will ever see my money again, But I will continue to try and contact them until I do.
