THIS COMPANY RUNS A VERY UNUSUAL OPERATION UNLESS THEY ARE ON DRUGS. THOSE PEOPLE SHOULD BE JAILED FOR OPERATING A CROOKED SHOP AND STEALING FROM OTHERWS.

Refused to give $300.00 credit for Auto Transmission was never received.

5 Phone calls after ASAS Motors said " sorry we dont have you in our log as for any type of transaction, this was done 2 days after giving them credit Card data.

When Finally I repeatedly demand they thoroughly check their files (Lee) ASAP Motors said we cannot give you a refund because we found we have the Transmission, this is after the third day.

They said we can give you only a percentage and retain 20 % of your cash because of restocking. Before MAKING THESE MANY CALLS I SPOKE TO BRUCE IN SHIPPING AND HE SAID WE FOUND THE TRANSMISSION IN ANOTHER OF OUR WAREHOUSE. AND WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST FOR SHIPPING UNTIL OUR ACCOUNTING LOG FILES SAYS GO AHEAD AND SHIP.

I CALLLED AND ASKED THAT I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS THE 4TH DAY AND YOU NEVER CALED OR EMAILD OR INFORMED ME OF ANY THING. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

SORRY, tHEY SAID.

WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES STILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
