on oct 6th 2005 i ordered a engine for my 1985 subaru brat an ea81 engine price was $555.00 plus 80.00 frt. when i received it i paid 118.80 frt. and the wrong engine (ea82) it will not fit. dina told me that is what i had ordered she had it on voice recording (not) i know what i am working on and i know what i put on the order conformation (ea81)!she (dina) had engine picked up on 10-21-05 /then on 10-29-05 after numerous calls to them i received another engine with lots of straps and shrink wrap (later i found to hold this piece of broken junk together)i called only to be put off ,hung up on etc.then i finally talked to a guy named elvin who said dina had to see pictures of this engine which i e-mailed to them several times including elvins home computer, dina gave me return authoriztion and then on 12-1-05 r&l carriers picked up engine /on 12-5-05 i got a call from r&l carriers notifing me that asap had refused to accept engine,i immediatly called dina she was very rude told me she had never seen the pictures ,told me the engine had been dropped! when in fact it had never been removed from pallet! i have statements from garage, and transporter stating the same! dina also told me that this engine was from a car up north not from japan like i was told when i purchased it,dina and her co. are true pieces of work they get your money ,and could care less about you! they are very rude when there is a problem but when they are getting your money they are extremly nice i guess thats how con artist work! stay clear of this company you will get taken!i have altready lost $555.00 for engine plus $118.80 in freight charges and have nothing to show for! also if the say they will call you back ,don't count on it! they have never returned the first call to me by phone or e-mail "stay-away" you have been warned!!

Kevin, I too was ripped off by these imoral, unethical, fruadulent advertizing band of gangsters, but I can tell you right now, we are all able to do something about ASAP IF ENOUGH OF US ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT BOGUS COMPANY.

1st if you paid with a credit card, contact the card company or bank, explain whats happened and what youve done to resolve the problem, take them any eveidence you have to support your cliam, ask them to do a full investigation and a back charge on the card to the company so the company has to come after you for the money.
2nd file a report with the B.B.B.
3rd CONTACT, AND file a report with the Attorney General of Houston Texas.
4th file a report with the federal trader commision and send pictures and detailed imformation, and copies of recordings and records kept by you during your unfortunate mishap with this bogus company, and keep calling all of these people back for updates, especially the ATTORNEY GENERAL.

The owner of this bogus company is Brian McCutcheon, his last known address was 9950 wilcrest Drive, Houston Texas, 77099

IF ENOUGH OF US FILE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ASAP, THERE WILL BE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE, AND WE CAN ALL GET OUR MONEY BACK, SO LET ALL PUT A LITTLE TIME INTO THIS OK?????

Good luck Kevin, AARON FROM MAHOMET ILLINOIS.

dina you lied ,you also called me a liar i excepted the engine as good only to find out you strap engines together with band straps to hold the garbage you sell together till you can get rid of it! the block is "busted" "busted" what part of that do you not understand it was under alternator not visable unless you took the straps loose i understand your shippers have several of your engines you say are damaged by customers in their warehouses you authorized for pickup but refused from transport co. dina have you ever tried to do business in an honest and fair maner before? it amazes me that you are still in business can you imagine the others who have not taken the time to expose your business practices, on this web site i don't intend to let this die i have full documentation to support my claim! if any else has any claims against this company please take the time to expose them for what they truly are! dina you have my numbers if you decide you want to do right i will pursue as long as it takes!

Sir all though I found the pictures you stated you sent they were close up pictures of just a small part of the block not of the entire motor still on the pallat as you stated. Also we agreed to pick up the motor based on good faith that what you stated was accurate we had no idea that the motor had been removed off the pallet and droped upside down, this damage happened on your end. I have documentation from the carrier that you signed agreeing that you received the motor in good condition the way the motor was returned to ASAP was not in that same condition, had we known that from the begining we would have never wasted your time. No one here has been rude to you not agreeing with you is not being rude. We agree we sent the wrong engine the first time and picked it up at our expense and sent you another unit at our expense. This motor has been off the pallet and the kind of damage that was on that motor upon return here no one would have ever accepted it had it had that damage on it upon delivery to you. The only sugestion I can make to you is to have the carrier return the motor and swap out all those busted parts with the ones from your core motor. I hope all turns out well for you.

Dina
