Ashford University Waited until one month to tell me about balance Deceptive, and underhanded San Diego California

In January 2015 I was working on my final class to graduate and about into mid class time my advisor tells me there is a balance on my account that must be paid or I won't be able to receive my Degree or official transcripts.  I was not told of this until right before I was due to graduate.  I did receive a certificate in the mail for academic excellence, but still to this day have not been awarded my B.A. Degree so I have over $70,000 in federal loans and nothing to show for it.  I am willing to go public with this and expose these frauds for who they are as I learned that Ripoff Reports has more than 85 similar complaints and feel this school must be held accountable.
