I puchased a faulty mattress form Dustin Bartko and he refuses to replace it he sent a mattress inspector over and she deamed it was sunken and to buy slots for the frame and I did upon her next visit within my warranty time period she threw it on the flor and said look it is still sunken. I have a bad back numerousepideralsand nerve damage. They want me to buy a truck and send it to there warehouse I have no job as it took me weeks to buy that piece of crap I need a replacement or a full refund ASAP.
