ASPCA Pet Insurance THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM/FRAUD Akron Ohio

Since 2008 when I got my dog, I have had insurance with this company.  Less than a month ago I paid over $2,000 for dental surgery for gum disease.  This company said on the phone "They are reviewing and will put the money in my account in 2 weeks.".  They called me today to inform me that this is not covered in my policy because he's had the gum disease since 2015, which they found in previous records.  First of all, the vet from 2015 said he had bad teeth but never disclosed the gum disease.  Either way, they advertise a "30 day money back GUARANTEE", scroll down and it says "Pre-existing conditions are not covered.".  THIS IS NOT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION.  If it started in 2015 and I've been with this company since 2008.  THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!  DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM, THEY WILL NEVER PAY!
