Please take the time to read this and do your own research!!!! I can not say this enough!!! BEWARE of this Company. It is an ENDLESS Black HOLE that will SUCK your money out providing Nothing of a Service in RETURN.

Please do not let the name of this company fool you. you will not be reimbursed any money. i have paid them for 2 small aminals $175.oo four times before I caught that they were not going to reimburse me a dime. I called each time to say hey where is the money from the claim and got a bogus response like it went to your deductible. i said what. i have paid all into the deductible by now. This is an endless BLACK HOLE COMPANY. I told them to cancel before the 4th payment and still they took the money, and I had to file a FRAUD Claim with my bank, change my account number, and block they from taking any additional funds. this company is worst then an ANGRY BILL COLLECTOR. I am in the military, and much of this fell on me being away and out protecting my country, they I did not watch my acocunts closer but, NO MORE!!!!

I want to warn all of you pet users, this company does nothing more then talk a good game, the rest is history and so is your money. Do me a favor and if you are just looking to give your money away to a company try the RED CROSS, at least you will know it is going to a Worthy Cause.

As for this company, after calling a Representative on the phone the second time to ask why were they still charging me, i had to DEMAND that she stop trying to talk me into staying at this BLOOD SUCKING company and CLOSE MY **** ACCOUNT. i USUALLY DO NOT AHAVE TO GET THIS nasty BUT SHE WAS ACTING LIKE THEY WERE ENTITLE TO KEEP "MY MONEY, ALL OF IT, AND PROVIDE NOTHING AS FAR AS a service." I originally switched from VPI who was doing great thining that this company could provide more, let me tell you, VPI paid their claims, I was with them for 2 years and thought after talking to a REP at the Vet that ASPCA would provide more along the line as coverage for Dental and so on but, boy was I wrong. I have not seen one measley cent from they. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I do not ever do surveys, fill out comment cards, and so on but, this was worth the time I took to tell you to stay far away from this company. I would suggest that based upon the substantial number of complaints that I have seen on ASPCA, that the members of this forum go online at www.ic3.gov and file a fraud complaint. That is exactly what they are perpetuating is fraud, mail fraud, a violation of 18USC1341, in addition to other CIVIL statutes (Title 15, USC). Make a complaint to the Internet Crime complaint Center (IC3) and also make one with the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC can impose civil penalties, while the IC3 can refer criminal matters to the FBI and US Postal Inspection Service. In addition, be sure to file similar complaints with the State of OHIO Insurance Commission and the Better Business Bureau. The fraud relates to taking payments based upon a contract and not providing services. I am telling you this because the more of us who file the complain the better this get's looked into. Tell your friends, family, and neighbors to do their part, and help stop this kind of theft. I am a service member who could of used that money to pay the bill I paid ASPCA but I got RIPPED OFF, do not do the same.
