We all understand that a business (&/or its employees) can make a mistake(s).

So, I am not surprised I find so many negative online comments regarding Associated Property Management.

My review is not about APM being lazy, rude, making mistakes or just plain ignorant.

My review is about APM's lowest, devious, underhanded business practices.

APM doesn't only make mistakes- they are under-handed, in the open thieves.

They don't disclose that they own the contracting firms that they send to our property- of course APM does not get any bids for our Association.

Also, instead of getting multiple bids and/or using different contractors for work they do at their offices and our complex, - they had the same sign maker do signs at their office building at the same time they had that sign maker install unneeded building signs at our complex (The Scottsdale Mission-  11260 N 92 St, Scottsdale).
