APM Associated Property Management Underhanded, devious, unprofessional Phoenix Arizona

Everyone makes mistakes. Alot of us are lazy. Some of us are rude. APM is all of the above. APM with its illegitimate owner, Tom Emele, are dishonest, unethical, conniving thieves. Their latest exposed scam was Tom's overseeing of our solar pool water heater install. No bids were received. The firm he picked was not in business-   from Kentucky, they had no license, no insurance, nothing. In fact all their Kentucky licenses were revoked.- But the install was given to this "nothing" person only because it was one of Tom's friends.

In order to get the City plans passed, Tom Emele had a plumbing company he owns (never disclosed) called ARIZONA CONSOLIDATED SERVICES sign the plans. It is not proper for a property management firm to own the contracting companies that do work on properties they manage- especially when no bids are gotten.

To top off the rediculous mess , we end up having to mothball the entire system. Not exactly mothball- Tom had his handyman remove the entire system and no one knows what he did with $30,000 worth of equipment.

I have many more documented ripoffs by Tom Emele. 

Like when he had unneeded address signs glued to all our buildings. There was no bids- just $8000 to glue (incorrecctly) these horrendous, not needed placards to all our buildings. With a little investigation -   the City of Phoenix told me the new signs on Toms office building were installed by the same sign company that did our signs- AND at the ame time! 

I have numerous underhanded stunts this clown has done to the Scottsdale Mission.
