Associated Recovery Systems Bogus collection letter Escondido California

I recieved a letter from ARS today and had no idea what it was about. I called my husband at work and asked him if he had a clue what this was about. He did not, considering it was in my maiden name. I then thought it was my husbands ex-wife using my name again to get credit somewhere. My husband said to look it up online and sure enough ARS is a fraud company. I will throw it in the fire and forget they exist unless I start getting harrassing phone calls. Just in case one of you at the "company" thinks you are going to curse, threaten or degrade me, think again. I know my rights now and will not tolerate that Bullsh*t at all. The Better Business Burea is real easy to contact if needed.
My advise to anyone getting a letter from these jokers is to dicard into file thirteen into tiny shredded pieces
