Asurion - phoneclaim.com, Asurion Phone Insurace Is Crap California

Asurion is T-Mobil's insurance carrier. Its $5.99 a month.

I got my phone replaced through them for a whopping $180.00 deductible. And 5 weeks later, my refurbished Blackberry Curve has the entire plastic screen cover bubbled up and lifted off its surface. Asurion says that I have to pay another $180.00 deductible to get a new phone. What a bunch of CROOKS. The replacement phone is defective and they don't care. They claim they will only replace the replacement phone within 7 days of my receiving it.

So their business is to take your monthly fee, charge you a whopping deductible and replace your phone with inferior goods and then give you no recourse when it becomes apparent . Need I say more. T-Mobil made it right though, even though it really wasn't their fault. That is why I will never leave them. And I will never use their insurace company either.
