Asurion is dishonest and expensive!

There was a problem with my phone and I sent it to Asurion. They sent me a new model and a new battery. The battery was not a vendor approved battery and didnt even fit in the battery well! Now, I haven't used the phone in a while and am trying to use the battery - it wont even load at all! Asurion is dishonest and use bad materials. It's a waste of money. Don't pay for Asurion insurance.
