Asurion - phoneclaim.com I paid for insurance for five years to recieve a phone and cant use Nashville, Tennessee

   I've been with verizon wireless for over six years now, and with their offered insurance company Asurion for just as long.  Recently I needed to replace my GZOne tough water proof phone with another on using my insurance which i pay for.  It took me two months to finally recieve a phone, and it's not the phone i paid insurance for.  They sent me a different model phone that i can't use because its not a tough phone and its not waterproof.   

   I called to tell them they sent me the wrong phone and i want the one ive put insurance on and they tell me that phone isnt offered anymore, but my verizon store told me that they should send me the same phone or the new version of my phone.  I told the supervisor at asurion that and she said theres nothing they could do because i accepted the phone that they gave me after the woman i talked to the day before assured me that the phone they were sending was a tough phone that was waterproof, and my verizon store said that was wrong, and so did the supervisor at asurion when i called to complain.  I asked if i could get my money back that i paid for insurance to use it at the verizon store towards the purchase of a new phone, and they will not do anything like that.  I am a hard working person just trying to get buy and I would like to get the phone that ive paid for back, and not a phone worth half.  If all companies in America were to act as Asurion, i'm not sure we'd ever end this recession...this is the age of deception.
