Received a 32 Gig Nexus 7 for Christmas. Came complete with lifted front glass, numerous dead pixels and an inability to connect to the internet. Google offered to exchange it ONLY if I shelled out $300 for a new one, which they claim they will refund when they get the defective one.

I contacted Asus, and they informed me that exchanging it would take "12-14 weeks".

The person that got this for me tried hard to get a special gift, and instead got junk; a $300 paperweight, with even worse customer service.

I would never own an Asus product after this!
