On March 1, 2017 I was hit by a Fred Loya insured motorist who ran a red light and totalled my 2006 Ford Taurus. While I have a lawyer handling the bodily injury portion of my case, I have to handle the property damage on my own. I have told them, written to them and emailed them that I cannot replace my car for the $1,119.44 they are offering (they are charging me $810 for storage/towing/teardown) and deducted that from what they determined to be Actual Cash Value. I am being forced to sign away the rights to my car or get nothing but my totalled vehicle back AND I would have to pay to get it back!

Beware of this company, not only can they, they will victimize the victim.

He hires people who do not have an insurance license as insurance agents, Since not to many people out of the insurance industry know that selling insurance without a license is a misdemeanor, fred Loya has been able to get away with this. Not only the business should have this license, bat every single person who works selling insurance for a company should have this license. So If an agency has 30 people selling insurance, every single one of these 30 people should have an active insurance license. To sell insurance without this license is a misdemeanor.
