Fred Loya insurance is the insurer of the individual who caused my accident.

They agreed and accepted responsibility and paid for the damages to my car and the first 2 weeks of car rental. But I used the rental for 3 weeks and Loya is not responding to Enterprise's requests for final payment of  5 days worth of renal. Now Enterprise, which I also don't recommend using, is threatening me with being accountable for payment. Loya is not returing calls, not paying what they accepted responsibility for, and is now a threat to my deposit at Enterprise.  I will go to Loya's client and sue her and Loya for damages and breech of contract.  So don't use Loya, they will get you in trouble.

Fred Loya He Doing this Again in New Mexico Fred Loya Insurance targets mainly Spanish Speaking people. They Insured them even if they don't have a driver license. He hires people who do not have an insurance license as insurance agents, Since not to many people out of the insurance industry know that selling insurance without a license is a misdemeanor, fred Loya has been able to get away with this. Not only the business should have this license, bat every single person who works selling insurance for a company should have this license. So If an agency has 30 people selling insurance, every single one of these 30 people should have an active insurance license. To sell insurance without this license is a misdemeanor. He Doing this Again in New Mexico Albuquerque New Mexico
