Fred Loya Insurance Hit by someone that had Fred Loya insurance yet they are not liable? that's crap! El Paso Texas

 I was broad sided by a truck who after first impact ran me into a wall and totaled my car. I took my case to Loncar which contacted Fred Loya to process the claim and then was contacted  by mail 3 weeks later by Lino Flores who works for Fred Loya. This notification included a claim number and contact information for him. After waiting a month and a half, calling and leaving messages with no reply my attorney representative informed me that because it appears that someone hit the man in the truck causing him to come over the median and hit me, and the fact that the person fled the seen and can not be located and the police report was practically crap, they would not take liability of my case and thats the end of it.

Not only have I suffered a complete loss of a vehicle I was close to paying off, I'm a single mother in desperate need of a vehicle and have suffered major injuries to my lower back and neck from the double impact. Injuries that I am now supposed to pay for. Regardless of who hit him, I was hit by a person that was insured by Fred Loya Insurance and they accept no liability, leaving me to figure out how to pay these bills for therapy and to suffer with a neck injury that I did not cause. I was hit, I did not hit the gentlemen. I live in a disqustingly racist town and I can not help but feel like I am being discriminated against. I wish to sue fred Loya I will not rest untill justice is served.
