Fred Loya is well known by everyone now, that they do not pay claims timely nor provid service to victims of their highly rated DWI charged Insureds.
This minority company goes unchecked by the dept of insurance why, is it becasue the claims adjuster is mexican and its a mexican company? Who knows, but, advise everyone to never ever buy Fred Loya, they do not pay......and have no customer service.

in Texas - research it. They cater to Spanish speaking individuals regardless of status (usually illegals). Jim research it!! I live in this State and hopefully will never be in an accident with this sham of a company.

The purpose of an insurance company is to make money. The local agent isn't the insurance company, he's just the person who sells it for the insurance company. They make money in part by doing anything they can to legally avoid paying claims. Their adjuster works for the insurance company and his/her obligation is to those who pays the salary and NOT to you. A smart consumer hires their own adjuster who works off a percentage but more importantly, works for you. Your adjuster then battles it out with the insurance company so you are made whole after your loss.
