Fred Loya Fred Loya insurance company is a bum refuses to pay,So my question is who have they paid off to keep going in business Houston texas

I was hit by a fred loya client,i called to report the claim.It took them several days to week to call me back.The first person i spoke to was very rude.Then when i finally did get some one, i was told they had to verify that the driver had insurance.I have tried quite a few times to find out what was going on always got a different answer..They sent out a adjuster he looked at the truck and did his thing[whatever that was].I finally got a call from loya and they said the truck was totaled,i said fine when do i get paid ..I was told that it was loya's policy to contact the policy holder [since she had not contacted them] so they said they had to send her a letter giving her 7 days to respond.Then they would have to go ahead and settle with me,but guess what while loya was jerking me around they had me on the pickup list since my truck was deemed totalled the guy was told to pick it up..But as of yet i had no money,no answers,no nothing at all,but they wanted the truck,ummmmmmmm  guess not[actually cussed at them]..Well now i was informed that loya is supposely conducting a criminal investion..I am at the end of my sanity with this piece of sh-- company..I am not going away..I am just curious how is this company still in business who is being paid off,is there any one out there who wants to get a hugh lawsuit going..I am not a big typer,so i am not sure just how to word myself sometimes..To be contionued.
