Fred Loya Insurance Raising rates with no explanation! Greeley, Colorado

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
When I first started with fred loya, I payed 140.00/Month for my 3 vehicles. After 2 months it went up to 210.00. I called to find out why, and they told me it was insurance rates across the nation going up. Now it has gone up to 280.00/Month, again without explanation!!! I can never get a hold of anyone to help me. When I do, they don't have a clue. I dont believe the person in the office is even licensed. How would I know any way, there is never anyone who knows anything you can talk to!!

I have only had one speeding ticket in my 28 years of driving. Only one of the vehicles has full coverage. The other two are only liability. I was hoping they were reputable, but I guess not.

Seems high if your a regular driver without DUI's or speeding tickets.
Have you had any change in your insurance rating lately?
You DO know you can shop for another insurance co., don't you?
