I worked for Fred Loya Aka Fred Lier for one year in the Dallas Fort Worth Area under regional manager Christie Miller. I can not stress what a horrible insurance agency this is to work for. It is full off crooks as anyone can imagine. Let me get started by informing potential customers that this insurance agency will do anything to insure you get your claim denied. When you get a quote do not fill out a " Supplemental form" because they are only going to exclude anyone on that list so that they aren't covered. Now when I worked for them I was let go for simply letting a close friend of mine know that their claims department does not process claims fairly. I would never let my family or friends get insurance with this rip off company. So lo and behold the regional manager finds out and decides to take a trip out to the branch I worked at. First of all, when you see pictures of your boss being a gang banger from her nephew you lose respect, especially when she now claims to be a sophisticated educated individual with fake hair extensions from Harry Hines. So she begins asking her questions as to why I had said what I did to my friend and I answered truthfully. Her thinking that I was mocking her intelligence gets offended and starts screaming like a headless old chicken to leave the office because she feels threatened. She did but by my higher IQ! So I leave this company with my integrity intact for being professional unlike this old lady that dosent know how to act in a professional manner. People when if your thinking of purchasing insurance from Aka Fred Lier run the opposite direction and omit them from your options!!
