AT & T Wireless Rebate I haven't got my rebate AT&T Wireless Nationwide

I bought a cell phone and extended service, at these address, Westpark Town Center Store, 501 N Milwaukee St, AT&T Store Boise, ID 83704, 208-3769987 Store No. SM85 Register No.2 September 9, 2008. They gave me a rebate form and I send it to the rebate company right away so I don't have the exact address if you ask me that. Same day my sister updated her service from AT&T also bought a new phone, got rebate form, send it and she got her rebate back Oct.

Now, AT&T sent a message in my cell Oct. saying that rebate been mailed until now I haven't got yet. I call the AT&T rebate I can only talk to the machine and the status of my rebate is been mailed Oct, 10th or 17th between there and it takes 3 weeks, why 3 weeks? I don't care if this is only $30.00 rebate, rebate is a rebate and I'm expecting it.

Almost a month waiting now from the day they mailed this is ridiculous.
