Two weeks ago I ordered a GE cordless phone with a built in answering machine and what I received was a GE cordless phone without an answering machine. I called ANTonline and was told I must pay to ship it back and might have to pay a restocking fee. I complained to Amazon.com because that is where I bought it from. They said they would make a note of it and contact the company, so far nothing has happened. All I asked for was a shipping ticket to return it for a full refund, but that was more than they want to do.
