Atlantic Circulation ripoff, beleived to be fraudulent, Mountville Pennsylvania

I ordered a 1 year subscription to Super Chevy magazine on October 13,2003. it is now October 11,2004 and i still have not received my subscription.

I called Atlantic Circulation Inc. regarding this situation 3 different times and they did nothing. on the third phone call (8-17-04) I requested a full refund, and they advised me to fax my request. I did, and 2 months later i still did not receive my magazine or requested refund.

I called again on 9-29-04 and they advised me that my check will go out on October 1,2004 or October 4,2004 at the latest. I called on October 8,2004 to check the status of my refund check and every number I had for this company was disconnected.

It is now October 11, 2004 and I still have not received my check. As a single mother, I can't afford to be out $58.00 any longer. Something needs to be done!
