Atlas Contractors Threats, cursing, continued calling Tempe Arizona

the company he worked for fired him for trying to have customers mail him the checks directly to his house. he called here a couple weeks ago trying to get rehired but we dont hire felons so i guess he is out of luck.

For all who read this please send a email requesting investigation of this company. If we pull together maybe we can get this place shut down.

You are complaining about a company that sells products business to business. For one your number is listed and is public information since your advertising your business. Second there is no do not call list for businesses. You can complain all you want but as long as you run an ad for your business someone will buy your name and sell the lead source. This is America and if your open for incoming sales calls then your open for incoming calls to sell you. If you dont like it close your business and shut down, otherwise stop your incesant whining. Unbelievable Americans whining like Communist China.

I work for a company that has the same name, Atlas Contractors, as this company in Arizona. We are a heavy contruction contractor in Nevada. Just want to get it out there that we ARE NOT this company. Unfortunately we get calls from time to time from very upset people from all over the US, that have been contacted and treated horribly over the phone from "Atlas Contractors". Recently our general manager contacted the Arizona Attorney General's office, and was told it was an FCC matter. He contacted the FCC, and was told they needed to receive at least 3 complaints from different companies about the harassing calls. I know I have referred at least 6 to 7 companies to the FCC, but apparently "Atlas Contractors" is still calling.

This company also goes by "West Builders Supply" and something like "Cal Pacific", you will see all those names on the rip off report.

I find it hard to believe a company does business in this manner, it is deplorable.
