ATS diesel performance chuck howell service manager 3 weeks turn into 2 month ordeal bad customer service new motor bad at 500 miles Arvada Colorado

on december 18 2013 i had my ford f350 powerstroke towed to ats diesel because it would not start and had been blowing white smoke from exaust.

after 2 days Chuck Howell service manager calls me and said i need a new motor. I asked chuck how long would it take to compleat job Chuck said 2 weeks 3 at the most so i desided to have ATS do the work.

after 3 weeks i called Chuck howell  because i have not heard from him i asked him if my truck was ready chuck replyed no i havent been able to start on it so nothing has been done.

Chuck said he will have the engine out in a couple days a week went by and i stoped by ATS my truck was in the same spot outside. i went inside to see Chuck Howell and ask what the problem was and Chuck seemed mad i was  there Chuck said they are very buissy and he would have the truck done in 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks i called chuck and left message to call me. I waited 2 days and no call back so one again i have to go to ATS to find out whats goin on with my truck. Once again Chuck told me give him 2 weeks and promised it would be done on february 24. i went to ATS on friday the 24 and my truck was not done again so i talked to a new service manager told him every thing that has hapened his name was Sean Gammel he appoligised for the way Chuck has treated me and said thats not the way ATS treats its customers.

Sean told me he will make sure my truck is ready Jan 24 2014 and he followed threw and got my truck done.

I went to change my oil at 500 miles on new motor and i pulled the drain plug and a big piece of metal was stuck to magnet  and a bolt was sticking out of drain hole about 2 inches long had my truck towed to ATS After no call back from Chuck Howell. every time i talk to Chuck he aks like i am bothering him. So hear we go again. I will never use ATS again for anything. People using ATS or are thinking about useing them please be very carfull bad servicve and lies
