AT&T Wireless Misrepresentation-Misleading Description of Services Boston, Massachusetts Nationwide

In July before going abroad I called the company and asked them about the Passport Plan. They told me that it was a $30.00 charge and unlimited phone usage. When I got back I saw that they charged me over $140.00 for additonal phone usage. When I called them they said they had no notes in the file that they advised me of the extra fees. I called someone else in the company in the Office of The President and mysteriously the notes saying that they advised in detail of the extra charges appeared in the file. This is such a scam. They misrepresent information and then charge you for it. Predatory practices. ATT is a terrible company and is not not be trusted.
