Attracta They did little to nothing to get my web-site ranked higher on Google. Napa California

I purchased a Real Estate web site from another party then approached Attracta after getting several emails from them and asked them to help me in getting my site ranked on the first page of Google.  I explained where I got the boiler plate type web site form and explained that I wanted them to alter the site to make it unique and do whatever else was needed to get the site ranked on the first page of Google.

I was directed to their "Top Listing" Department and explained all of the above to them and they said for $1000 they could do what I wanted and if they were not able to get me on the first page of Google in 6 months, they would give me my money back. 

After several months they came back to me and said that several of the pages of my site were the same as other sites on the internet.  I told them that I told them that in the beginning and that was part of the reason for hiring them.  I expected them to make changes to the pages to make my site unique.  They insisted that I would have to make the changes to each page myself before they could proceed.

After I made the changes to the site they said that they would work on my site to get it on the first page of google but the clock would reset and they needed 6 months from that point to get my web site ranked on the first page of google.  By this time about 6 months had already lapsed.

I kept check the three keywords that they had agreed to, every week or so to see if my site was moving up from page 3 of Google, which is where it was when they started.  After another 6 months had gone by and my site was still on page 3 of Google I called to see what was going on and why I was not moving up.

I was told by the person working on my site (Jason) that the month before (November 2014) on one particular day it was on the first page of Google and he sent me a screen shot showing that.  I told him that I got no such email and I was continuously checking and my site was still on page 3 and had never been on page 1 any time I had checked.  It was December 2014 when we had this conversation and to date I am still on page #3 of Google.

He told me that right after I had made it to page 1, Google changed some things and he would work on my site to get it back on page #1.  A day or two after our conversation I got an email saying that I had to renew my account before they would do anything.  I explained what Jason said, but they said a year had now gone by and they needed more money to continue working on my account. 

Needless to say, I told them I expected my money back and I wanted to talk to customer service.  I was told that customer service could only be contacted by email.  They had no phone #.  The Email I got back from them said that they had done their job and I would not be receiving any refund.

I also left 2 messages for Terry Gautier, the director of Operations, explaining my problem, but I never got a returned call.
