AUM Rip Off Over Charging False Statements Oak Brook Illinois

My first doubts about AUM started when my bill was going from $15 to $50 which didn't make any sense to me because I have a set work schedule so I pretty much use the same amount of utilities every day. Then today I receive my bill and they're charging me for electricity. So I called and asked why. They rudely said my electricity company sent them a statement saying the electric wasn't in my name so I have to talk to them about it and hung up on me. 

I called my electricity company and told them what happened their response were who is Aum? Wow what a shocker there! Then they went on to tell me that the electricity is in my name & it has been for almost a year. Aum is just a complete rip off. Like come on now they charged me 23.45 for 27 days of electricity service. It's maybe a coincidence that the numbers are consecutive but I doubt it.
