At midnight on the 14th day from ordering I was charged 87.99 plus ANOTHER4.95 S&H charge for the original FREE SAMPLE product I had already received. Nowhere on the order form did it state I was enrolling in an auto ship program or what the actual price of the cream was.  Btw, no the skin cream did not work. Internet

I know, I've fallen victim to this before & specifically LOOKED for such statements. I was on my mobile phone & this may have made a difference but I believe it is their responsibility to make sure that shows on any mobile formats, many people use mobile phones for surfing the Internet. Also I did not visit their site, as another complainant stated it was a popup on a site I was visiting. As I stated if I had found the "fine print" (what I was told by customer svc when I called about the charge) I never would have ordered. The company did not state I was enrolling in an auto-ship program, they did state the actual price of the product & I was charged S&H twice for the same product. I don't know if that's illegal but it's certainly shady.
