My elderly mother who is a DR Oz fan ordered this on the internet because she probably thought it had something to do with green coffee extract.  Low and behold, she ends up in the hospital and I check her mail and she has a new skin care kit in her mailbox.  The address for her is suspecious because her apartment number is not on the package.  She lives in a seniors complex that has about 500 people.  I talk to her about this and she would never order anything like this because she sells skin care and only uses the stuff she sells.  So I look at her credit card account and this supposidly is the third thing they have sent her.  She never received products/box 1 and 2 even though AuraVie has a tracking number on it ( I talked to AuraVie CS).  Just because there is a tracking number on a product doesn't mean a customer received it.  So after reading the reports on here, I called her credit card company and filed a report to have the charges taken off her account.  I talked to the CS person who at AuraVie who was actually quite nice(It must be so awful to work for a company like this) and the policy is that when you sign up they send you the product and the first box which together is $100. Then when you get the 3rd shipment for another $100, they will take that one back.  What amazes me is how they got my mother's credit card number and they must have tagged it only another product thing possibly from Dr. Oz because she was totally unaware she bought the product.  I am thinking about filing a report with the FCC or whatever regulatory agency is involved in deceptive advertising.  Hopefully also the autoship will stop because I would hate to file again with the bank for fraud... And yes I did get an RMA number from CS.  Dr Oz needs to file some type of cease and dissest against this company because I personally believe they are destroying his reputation.
