Aurora Loan Services ripoff also trying to take my home Scottsbluff Nebraska

My Mortgage Loan was sold to Aurora Loan Services in November of 2003 without my knowledge by National City Mortgage (who are just as bad). I did not hear from ALS for almost 3 months when they decided to call and tell me I was behind on my House-payments.

Told the person I had never heard of them and also told them my loan was with another company not them! They preceded to tell me that they had bought my loan and more or less wanted the money!
Supposedly they had been sending me notices and I had never gotten them in the mail.

I believe I have only gotten 1 piece of mail from this company and their support staff is nothing but a joke! They are making me pay almost $100.00 more to catch up on these payments and I can't afford it! All they do is argue with you and seem to think it is fun.

Called them today to tell them about the Summons I received today to appear in court and they were again quite rude. last week I had recieved a call from them letting me know my loan had yet been sold to another company (wouldn't tell me who) and now

I get a summons to appear in court so they can take my house. None of this makes sense to me at all and tomorrow I will be contacting a lawyer and the local newspaper so they can do a story on them. Let us see how many other people come out after this is done.

I have had it and I am not taking it anymore! Feel very sorry for all of you that have had to deal with them.

BTW.... I wouldn't be behind on my payments if you would of contacted me immediatly after you had bought my loan.
