Aurora Loan Services, Inc. Deceptive, erroneous, loan and payment information. Attempts to raise interest rates multiple times during a single period. Misapplication of loan payments to wrong accounts. Scottsbluff Nebraska

Aurora Loan Services (ALS) has mishandled my loans from the time it was purchased by them in August, 2004. We were provided erroneous payment information and when the payments were made they were either not credited at all or credited to the incorrect loan.

Numerous attempts were made, both in writing and by phone calls, to correct the errors but, so far, the situation has only gotten more confused. Several "Customer Care Representatives" promised to take care of the problems but never corrected them or followed up with correspondence.

We were told in writing that there would be no adverse comments on our credit reports while ALS was researching our problem but we have gotten numerous calls concerning delinquent payments and a threatened foreclosure letter.

Our Lawyer has advised us to continue to make on-time payments which we have tried to do, but we have received so many conflicting payment amounts that it is extremely difficult to determine the correct payment amounts. Our situation is compounded by the fact that we have two separate loans with ALS.

From their action, so far, Aurora Loan Services appear to be operating in a deliberate, fraudalent, predatory manner to create additional fees and possible foreclosure.
