Aurora Loan Services, Inc. rip-off! Aurora is billing me additional charges monthly (without no insurance coverage) vs. my former mortgage contracted to be honored. Scottsbluff Nebraska

I am currently in Chapter 13 & have fixed payment arrangments & terms in reference to my Mortgage loan.
Aurora Loan Services bought out my mortgage loan from National City Mortgage via their decisions, on 9/1/2003. Since then Aurora whom, by law, must honor all Terms & conditions contacted & fixed between National City & Myself has been illegally charging me additional monies each month without explaination or proof of ordered changes/modifications to my loan.

I have sent them letter after letter pointing this out to them with attachments of my Previous Contracts as well as Their letters sent to me stating that these existing Terms & Conditions will not & may not be changed.
Dispite all of my efforts & letters, Aurora has chosed to completely ignore & dismiss all of grievances made as well as my existing contract.

They continue to bill me each month @ a cost of $682.00 vs. my fixed rates & terms of $338.49. Their amount does not include homeowners insurance in which my contracted amount did. I hope this report leads to action in any sense of the word.
