Aurora Loan Services should not be allowed to do business. They will find a way to take your home from you, and make your life a total hell.

We have now lost our beatuiful home of 8 years, they have only been involved with the loan for a year and 1/2, and once we started having problems tried eveything we could to work with them only to receive a forebearance agreement that was not even possible to meet. Under this agreement they wanted just under $3600 a month for payments knowing this would not be possible.

We tried everything we could, even the day after sale and the redemption period was up was told yet another lie, that they would allow us to purchase it back, and once again not follow through on what we were told.

I have talked to many individuals across the U.S. and lenders to find out they are known for this and it doesn't bother them one bit to have someone lose their home.

I am in the process of hiring an attorney, this company needs to be sued by more than just one individual and put a stop to this
business practice.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, trust me, your life will be nothing but a living nightmare.
