Authorized Movers Misrepresented services Maimi Florida

Unknown to us Authorized Movers sold our move to a company in Dallas Texas even though they claim to do business in our area. The movers arrived with a 24 foot to move a 3700 sq. ft. home. The truck was a Budget Rent-A-Truck with their company sign taped to the door. I called Authorized Movers and they were rude and the only suggestion they had was for me to rent another truck at my expense. The movers also arrived with not enough boxes. Luckily, I had boxes from my last move. They did a poor job in packing.

My expensive dining room chairs were thrown on the truck and my refrigerator was not rapped and sustained large scratches on the door. Needless to say we sustained many scratches on our furniture.

Unloading was just as bad. They estimated 5 hours to unload. It took them 7 hours. At 5 hours and a lot of stuff on the trucks they started tossing our possessions off the truck. Authorized Movers have been completely unresponsive
