Auto Expo Ron Eaton Bad experience Great neck New York

Sept. 13 , 2013 bought a SLK Mercedes 2008 from Ron Eaton , financial manager of Auto Expo . I arrived at the show room the mileage on the car was 10,000 more than was listed on the internet.I paid $1810 for extended warranty on engine . I was the last customer to leave and Mr. Eaton was hurrying to leave because it was Friday, and  had to recognize his Jewish sabbath . He promised to send me the warranty contract . He never did.

Driving home to upstate New York I noticed squeaky sounds , I made a report to Mr Eaton on Monday Sept. 15 2013 . Took the car to a Mercedes dealer it needed brakes convertible top needed work and shocks. Mr Eaton sent me to his mechanic shop and they claimed nothing was wrong with the car, they just did an oil change. December 2014 all lights on my dash board came on including CHECK ENGINE light . My car had lost power and all sensors are out of whack .

I called Mr. Eaton and asked for my wsrranty contract . he claimed I did not purchase one . Isent him detailed figures of my loan with the payment of the extended warranty included . He then sent me a name of a warranty company , who had no listing of a contract for me . He gave me another name of a company , who never answers the phone or return my messages.

I made a complaint to Consumer Affairs , my complaint was published , Mr. Eaton replied by saying I now have an active contract that could be used at any certified dealer . But as recent as March 11 2015 I have contacted Mr Eaton and he sent me a message informing , "YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING". Meanwhile my car situation is deteriorating , and I am in need my car for work. 

I would not recommend transacting business with Mr. Eaton , he is a scammer , is a very good talker , don't fall for tricks . I would advise customers take your business where you are not scammed , and not treated and spoken to in a  condescending manner after you have made your purchase. Do not go to Auto Expo , save yourself the aggravation .
