Auto One Warranty, Auto One Warranty by James Clark fraud my information about their policy and after I canceled my contract and received cofirmation letter at 01.10. 2008 still as January ,10 have not return my deposit Irvine California

On September 15 I had call from James Clark of Auto One Warranty with offer extend my Truck Warranty for next 4 years. I asked him to send me all necessary information and he promised to do it only if make contract and make deposit....Also he promised to cancel immediately it if I don't like any condition and send my money back.

After I received my contract I went to my Maintenance company and they told me that this contract will be not convenient to me...So I sent Cancellation Letter to Auto One Warranty. I received confirmation letter on October 1, 2008 that my Contract canceled but seems to me Auto One Warranty never going to send my money back... What is my next step? Attorney General's office of California?
