I purchased an extended warranty with Auto One Warranty for $1,800 last year which covered transmission and engine.  I received a letter from another company which stated my warranty was cancelled due to non payment.  I called the company and they told me that Auto One never sent them the money to cover my warrant and that many people has paid for an extended warrant and had contacted them because they also received the a letter for non payment.  They told me they had contacted Auto One Warranty and tried many times to reach the President who's name is Dave Tubb but had no luck reaching anybody.  They gave me the number to call Auto One Warranty which I contacted.

When I contacted Auto One, I got an answering service who told me the offices were closed and took my name and number.  I did not receive a phone call back from Auto One.  I cannot get hold of anybody because the offices are closed.  I know I have been scammed because many other people have also had the same problem and are out the money they sent for an extended warranty.  I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General in my state which is California and have been told that they are out of business.  I read on the internet about Auto One and they have taken millions of dollars like myself.  None of these warranties are valid and dont exist and the money was kept by Auto One Warranty with nothing in return.  I am now out $1,800 and have no warranty.  This is a complete scam and all I want is my money back.
