purchased my older used vehicle 17 wks ago, have had nothing but mechanical problems with the car.  Dealer stated all would be fixed before delivery of the automobile, this turned out to be untrue.  All repairs that were made were "jerry rigged" and not proffessional, ( Ive since had to do some of the repairs myself) I have had several electrical and computer issues with the car.  When it rains it doesnt run, I have called the dealer over 100 times, and am still waiting for them to do what they said they would do.  I have had long conversations on trading it back in, getting my money returned (along with my trade) and the only solution they could manage was to buy a car that had more engine problems and add another $1000.00 to the bill.  The automobile still isn't fixed.  Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they stated I had an "invalid complaint"  Called the NY State Autornee Gennerals office in Albany NY and was told that" I had no recourse towards the dealer and that It was ok for business people to do what they had to, to stay in business, and if car dealers had to warentee a car for all consumers no one would buy cars".  I can say this with certainty, never buy an automobile from a buy here pay here auto dealer, get everthing in writing, and if the dealer doesnt do what they say, don't accept the car!
