I contacted Auto Transport 123 and spoke to Ross about shipping three motorcycles, 2 from FL, 1 from MI to my home in Seattle, WA. Ross assured me he would handle everything and coordinate with the current owners of the motorcycles and use their own Auto transport 123 drivers and trucks. I explained to Ross i was out of state and could not take possession of the bikes in WA until after December 28th. Ross asured me they have staorage in WA and that will not be a issue. first red flag was a truck driver calling me to coordinate the pick up on the two bikes in Florida. He was hard to understand and I expalined that Ross should be handling the coordination. He asked me if I thought his time was a joke and hung up. Ross apologized and handled everything just fine for pick up. red flag number two, I get a call from a 3rd party trucker on December 22th stating he will be in WA to deliver the motorcycles. I explained he must talk to Ross. 3rd Red flag, the trucker stated Ross was no help and was responsible for delivering the bikes after the 28th. The 3rd party trucker stated I had to pay him directly. My emails and calls to Ross were not returned during this time.  I scrambled to pay the trucker via Pay pal and coordinated storage witha local dealership. After calling the HQ for Auto transport 123 multiple times, Ross refused to refund the $225 for each FL bike and charged me $150 for cancelling the MI bike shipment even before it was picked up? Auto transport refused to return my multiple request for leadership or the owner Keith to call me to resolve this issue. I paid $600 to have them do some paperwork and fail to deliver on what they were contracted to do.
