AutoPartsGiant.com Reluctant to give a refund. Hard to talk to a manager. Bellflower California

On June 16,2007 I ordered a part for my old car. They immediately charged my credit card and then they sent me the wrong part. When I finally contacted some one after numerous phonecalls they told me they did' nt have the right part in stock and to send back the other part and they would refund my money.($153.00) I returned the part at my expense and I am still wating for the refund.(Three months). When I try to contact the manager, Manny Lopez, he is either not in or the rare times I do get him he promises to check on it but still no refund. This is a rotten company to do business with. I finally got the part from RockAutomotive with no hassle. I highly recommend them.
