My name is Joe and I am handling the support team for Avenue Social. Our company is in no way a fraud company. As per your complain I have reviewed your contract with the team. Our payment structures are based on milestones achieved in a project and you only pay us after you approve a milestone. This is stated in the contract as well. Why did you make so many different installments payments if the milestones were not delivered. The only reason the last 10% payment was being billed was to launch the app for which you paid us.
It happens all the time, we launch the app for clients and then they end up not paying us as this is an intangible product and not a physical product. It also happens many times that clients starts a project and then has a change of mind and even though we have put in the hours they just want a refund and if not given they defile our companys name. Please email us on our support if you have any complains and we will solve them.
