DO NOT USE AVENUE SOCIAL OR SOCIAL JITNEY for anything!!!  They promise you the world, and in my case delivered nothing pursuiant to my contract. I has a contract with them to develop and market a game app for ios and android. The contract had a list of deliverables and a scope of work with a schedule of deliverables.....I paid them $10,800.00 as a downpayment!.......this company DID NOTHING!

I entered into a contract with them in August/September 2012, fast forward to around march 2013, I received an email from a guy named Farzan Hai, who claimed to be the lead developer on my project, the email stated he was"taking a 3 month medical leave of absence from the company" and my project would be turned over to another team and the production would not be affected. Everything was a lie,

I later found out Farzan Hai and a salesperson named Michael Atkinson were fired for stealing company property, but that my project was not in jeopardy, around this time a man named Leon Wulff who claims to be the assistat to AVENUE SOCIAL CEO Salman Ghaznavi called me and asured me that my project development would continue with a different team.I asked why they did not call the authorities, and was told "we kept it in house and dealt with it" RED FLAG?

I asked Mr. Wulff repeatedly where the schedule of deliverables and timelines were as well as who the development team was? Who was the lead developer? Can I communicate with them? Can I get weekly Friday production updates on my project. Remember this was already eight months into the contract, and I had been asking for the shedules and delivery dates from the beginning....All my requests were ignored

On top of the $10,800.00 I paid AVENUE SOCIAL, I spent several thousands of dollars more in Legal fees forming a corporation and having attorneys draw up contracts all pursuiant to what AVENUE SOCIAL was supposed to do.

Even after the unquestionable deception and failure to honor the contract I gave AVENUE SOCIAL one more chance by a second offering of a revenue share deal, the original request was declined in August, 2012.  Around March 2013 Mr. wulff said the company was interested in a revenue share deal and I responded by asking once again about where the production was? Again no response, except

Mr. Wulff said "if you wan't I can assign a "junior team" to develop the project, and I responded by asking "what's been going on from the beginning of the project" NO RESPONSE, The communication with these people has been deplorable, i lost track of how many emails and phone calls were simply ignored, not answered or addressed in any way shape or form. It wasn't just by one person,

Their behavior changed as soon as they got paid...then they acted like I don't exist. As of the day this report has been written I am still fighting to get back my $10,800.00 from Leon Wulff, Salman Ghaznavi, Usman Siddiqui, Seemi Munir, Amir Pasha and AVENUE SOCIAL. This has been, without a doubt, the worst business experience of my life and I hope no one ever does business with these people! To be forewarned is to be forearmed! CEO Salman Ghaznavi was contacted by me multiple times and to this day has NEVER RESPONDED!
