avobuy I bought a ps4 for my special needs son in April, 2014. Waited, then cancelled order. Still no refund Westminster California

On April 9,2014, I purchased a playstation 4 for my special needs son from Avobuy for $225.00.  The company stated that there might be a wait.

I waited two months and called to cancel on June 7, 2014.  I received an email that my refund would arrive in 30 days......I'm still waiting.

I found it very difficult to reach avobuy by email or phone when I tried to inquire about my refund.  I was put on hold and then disconnected several times.

I finally reached Avobuy on August 6, and received an email stating that they were looking into my refund request and would get back to me soon.

It's now August 25, and there has been no follow up communication from them.

I'm retired, and live month to month on a fixed income.  It's a real shame that companies like Avobuy can be allowed to prey on honest individuals.
