B & B Security Group Promised me work, but then sent me on a wild goose chase New York, New York

I was cold called by these people.  I don't know how they got my number, but probably searching on careerbuilders or monster.

So, I get "interviewed" by Ms. Acosta and I thought it was odd because I really didn't do that well.  But, I'm in need of work so, I wasn't going to complain.  I do the training, which I didn't really question at first since I thought that I would start the next week.

The next week I go into "placement" which is basically them giving me a sheet with a fake interview time, to a (possibly) real security service.  Neither of these security services seemed to be too interested in me.

I only went through the training because she said I had the job and we shook on it.  Shaking has been a legally binding contract since antiquity.  I guess these people don't have any respect for the law.

I don't think I need to lace this with expletives.  I just hope I can find a way to get my money back.
